1. About DrawFinder
DrawFinder is an independent comparison and information platform for Australian prize draws, trade promotions, and giveaways. We do not operate, administer, or guarantee any draws listed on our platform. DrawFinder is not a gambling service.
2. Use of the Platform
By accessing DrawFinder, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. User Accounts & Verification
To comment or vote on DrawFinder, you must create a verified account. Verification requires a valid email address or mobile phone number. Users must not create multiple accounts, impersonate other users, or use inappropriate usernames. DrawFinder reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content
Comments, reviews, and votes submitted to DrawFinder become part of the platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant DrawFinder a licence to display, distribute, and moderate it. DrawFinder reserves the right to remove content that is defamatory, misleading, abusive, or violates applicable law. Provider representatives found manipulating reviews or votes will be permanently banned.
5. Trust Scores & Rankings
DrawFinder Trust Scores are generated using our proprietary methodology based on publicly available information. Trust Scores are editorial opinions and should not be taken as guarantees of a provider's legitimacy. Always conduct your own due diligence before entering any draw.
6. Disclaimer
DrawFinder provides information for general purposes only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of draw listings, prize values, or provider claims. Entering any draw is at your own risk. DrawFinder is not liable for any losses arising from your use of information on this platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on DrawFinder is owned by or licensed to DrawFinder Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Provider logos and trademarks displayed on DrawFinder remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Changes to These Terms
